TheRecord Player 5.6.2 hangs at "Removing backup files"
We have already tried multiple times to manually removing it and reinstalling it, per your KB00038 - Manually removing TheRecord Player and other FTR software.
We have wiped the systems clean (diskpart/Clean) and installed new clean OS still hangs at "Removing backup files".
Happens on our HP notebooks, Dell Notebooks, Dell Workstations, MPC workstations.
OS is:
Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit SP1
U.S. Army AGM Windows 7 Release 10.0.5
All systems have audio capabilities and a minimum of 4 GB to 8 GB of memory.
Running McAfee VirusSacn Enterprise + AntiSpyware Enterprise 8.8 Scan Engine version (32 bit) 5600.1067
This is happing on all our Staff Judge Advocate computers in our departments across the installation. I presently have experience this on 114 systems I manage. And there are more in other units with the same issue.
