Error 1605 and Error 1628: I have a user that had FTR installed but was having issues. In an attempt to uninstall, I received these 2 errors.
I used the kb00038 article shown on the community boards here. But it didn't work. I also wasn't able to work around the UAC prompt because it's managed at the policy level. Therefore the C:\Windows\Accesories step didn't work. What are my options? I do not want to reimage this user.
