I understand that a user community forum is not a replacement for actual technical support but I'm unclear as to what I should expect on this forum. We have involved our local FTR representative in dealing with our issue but they have not been able to clarify or explain what network problems they feel are affecting our use of FTR, hence my questions here. It seems we are not alone in having this issue. Is it reasonable to anticipate a response or perhaps a further request for clarification of the issue? Again I understand technical support may be more involved in dealing directly with clients but hopefully this board gets some attention as well.
On an only slightly related note, is there no moderation of the forum to get rid of the spam/crap messages that show up? They are clearly irrelevant and only qualify as 'noise' but the fact that they persist on the board implies that admins aren't that concerned about the board content...
