Hi guys, hoping someone on here can give me some advice on an issue one of our users is having with For The Record.
She uses The Record Player to access court audio recordings, then links from this to The Record Manager in order to copy the recordings to CDs. However this is not working as it should on a particular recording.
The user selects the portion of audio to be copied, and is told that 4 discs will be required. The process begins, and the first three discs complete, but then it does not move onto the fourth. The three existing discs play fine, but cut off at the end of disc three mid audio.
To get around this she has manually tried to manually copy the final part of the audio onto a disc, and receives a message that the disc did not pass burn verification and may contain corrupt data or be unusable. The error code is 0XC0AA0007. This has been tried four times, each time using new CDs, but getting the same error.
Is working on a Windows 7 (Enterprise N - 64-bit) PC with 4GB RAM. Let me know if you need any more info, screenshots etc.
