I work in an office of 3 people and we all use FTR player and have had no problems in the past. Today all of our FTRs went down (ie: can't open audio, always getting "An unknown error has occurred (E0D1A028)" messages - I have attached screenshots of all error messages).
So two of us uninstalled FTR so we could reinstall but we then get another error message (Error 1905)
I spoke with support and they got me to run the cleanse-V3.exe procedure and that didn't help either.
I emailed support this morning at 11:46 a.m. and now it is 4:04 p.m. and I have heard nothing back. This is a very significant problem for us so your expeditious attention to this matter would be extremely appreciated.
