Problem installing - Error 1304

We are running a windows environment currently on XP Pro 3 machines.  This person is using an Optiplex 380 with our firm's antivirus of Symantec.   She couldn't load the recorder under her profile or my admin profile.   We get the error message of "Error 1304.Error writing to file C:\Program Files\FTR\ForTheRecord\PlayerAutoRun\Autorun.inf.   Verify that you have access to that directory."

I can install this fine on my Optiplex 390 machine that is on the same network.
