We installed new Windows 7 32-bit machines, and they run RecordManager 5.6 Guardian Edition. Previous to this summer we had the Standard edition. With both editions, we are receiving many warnings within our Windows Application Event Log, and don't know if I should be concerned. The description reads: There are no applications attached to TheRecord Communicator Server. The registry is blank.
Should I be concerned about this error? Is there some type of configuration error maybe? I prefer to focus on prevention whenever possible. I don't believe there are any known issues associated with this error entry (at least I've not been told of any)
Thanks;
Heidi
