One of my users LogSheets were going to the wrong local folder so the archiving tool built into Recorder wasn't archiving the LogSheets. After manually copying the LogSheet into the archive folder we discovered that the files didn't show up when doing a search on the folder through LogNotes or Recorder. I've emailed back and forth with FTR on this and can't seem to get an answer so maybe someone on here can help me out...
1.) The user's profile has been repaired so new files going forward are working correctly with FTR 5.4's archiving process and those ARE showing up.
2.) Is there a place I can put the LogSheets they created before the fixing of their profile to allow the archiving process to add those files to the index?
3.) Would deleting ALL index files and allowing it to rebuild fix it?
