Play At End stopped working in Player 5.3 Build 99

Play At End stopped working in Player 5.3 Build 99.  This has worked in the past but just recently the Play At End button does not display.  Works fine on other machines.  Play At End in newer versions of the Player does not work in our environment (Netware).  I've tried to reinstall the Player but that did not resolve the problem.

Any suggestions?
