FTR Log Finder Service is not running on Warehouse Server. It shows stopped and is set to Automatic. We are getting an error when we try to perform searches from LogNotes v561.
It says it can not connect to server/logsheetfinderservice/, TCP error code 10060. host computer did not respond to service. Error Code(0xe097a007)
I am pretty sure the finder service is supposed to be started but every time I start it returns the message service on the local computer started and then stopped. some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. I have tried turning on and off the firewall. I verified the port. When the firewall is off I get an error TCP 10061, target machine actively refused connection.
Everything worked fine before I went on Holiday break. I discovered the issue while adding some clients, and performing a search check. The search in the FTR Player works just fine.
