Warehouse Logsheet Saving Error

Well I recently noticed we are getting a logsheet saving error when you close out reporter.  I followed the instructions in the admin guide, our warehouse service account has the correct permission as do all of my users, permissions are correct for the catalog folder as well.  This was not originally a problem.  Now all the reporter stations I have attached are giving this error.  I also noticed logsheets are not saved locally.  We use some laptops for travel and I would have sworn when I tested the laptop it was saving locally and then archiving when it was placed on the network when back in the courthouse.  From what I can tell the logsheet are archiving just fine but we keep getting this error.  When I check the local user appdata folders I don't see any logsheets waiting to be archived while the error is present. 

 

Is there away for force the laptops to save the logsheets locally and still be part of the warehouse? Or do I just trust that the logsheet will still be there at next OS and FTR startup.
