Issue with Record Manager Installation

I'm having some issues installing the FTR Record Manager.  I need to be able to pull up audio from the network and copy to a Windows Media format for public records requests.

I've installed and re-installed the Manager Standard, Manager Access, Manager Guardian and FTR Player v5.6.2 a couple times but when I pull up the Manager, the application launches however there are only the export, import and Seal/Unseal options at the top of the window.  I have none of the functions/options in the left-hand pane, under Export (where the tasks and copy, reformat, etc are supposed to populate).

What am I missing?

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
