We are currently migrating to Win7 machines and upgrading to FTR 5.6.2 (lognotes, player, recorder) from 2.2 and 4.x. On the first instance of deployments our users raised the concern where significant delays are noticed (about 2-3 min) when a user is buffering between multiple courtrooms in different parts of the country. Once a courtroom is loaded, you can click on the timestamp anywhere and it loads instantly, but if you go into another lognote and click a timestamp, a delay occurs. If you return to the previous lognote and again click another timestamp, there is a delay. "No delay", when working directly with one courtroom.
What is the expected behaiour (timewise) when dealing with lognotes in a multiple courtroom scenario? What is the acceptable delay if there are any?
