We are experiencing “archive” or replication problems. The Replication usually works for a short time, 45 minutes to an hour, but then stops. The rest of the files are copied to the UNC path only after the computer is rebooted. Occasionally the replication doesn’t start at all of a hearing, and those files are copied up to the UNC location the next time the computer is restarted (usually the following business day). This is happening on all of our regularly used computers.
There are errors in the Application Event Log for the FTR Replicator Service. The EventData contains “Unable to create content file for” \\UNC_Path\Direc\tories\FileName.trs at \\Server\Folder\ (0xe097b011).
New Dell laptops with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate were recently purchased and FTR Hearings 5.4.1.0 Build 44 installed (from original CDs). The “Archive” Option is setup with a UNC.
Is there a patch for this problem? What is the latest build (patch) that we can apply for our software? If an update or patch is available, what is its URL?
