One of our courts just migrated 3 courtrooms from some ReporterDeck 2 recorders to a PC based installation. They were archiving the old recordings on CDs, but now they are doing it on our network. We would like to have our old recordings (at least to a certain extent) on the network as well. Rather than using the CDs one by one, I figured it would be best to hook the device to the network temporarily. I hooked the device, and from another forum post I could see that the default credentials should be userid: RD2 and password: FTRRD2. I can ping it and get a remote login window to show up, but every time I try to log into this device I get the error shown in the attached image. I have even set the password to something different and set it back to the default but still had no luck. Is there anything I am missing here?
