FTR player not seeing files in sub directory

Hi, I am using FTR player on vista 32 bit. When I point the search folder to my "FTR files" folder it won't find any wav files. If I point directly to the subfolder that the files are in it finds those files but then I would have to change the search folder every time. Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks!
