Just installed but having errors (Windows 8)

Hi,

I'm using Windows 8. Just now, I just installed the FTR 5.6.2. Whenever I try to open the FTR, there are two error window that pop up:

First one:

"Could not load the recording for playback.

If you know the recording exists do one of the following:

1) Add a Search Folder that points to the recording or

2) Click Other in the Open dialog box and browse for the recording

(90xe03aa003)"

Second one:

"TheRecord Player Application has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

When I close the second window, it shuts off the FTR.

UPDATE: I installed the CCP, but now I'm having the 0x80004005 error that says: "An error occured when attempting to start playback. Reload content and try again." (I tried again but I keep having the same error.)
