Hearings - Registry Settings

I'm running FTR Hearings 5.4 on a Windows 7 laptop using two accounts. 

An Admin account to install and configure Hearings, and a standad user account for recording.

Under the admin account, I set the following:

1.  Audio Source (varies by location)

2.  Server Archive Location

3.  TheReplicator Service (admin account setting to insure connectivity to the server)

The problem I'm having is with the user account. 

Registry entries for the server archive location and for the audio source will randomly get wiped clean.

One day it will be recording fine, the next nothing.

Any Ideas???????
