Good morning we have a major error on our hands, we have just recently rolled out 250 computers in the first week of August, we were randomly getting an error message of "The Recording has Halted on "FTR NAME". The Error is: The parameter is incorrect. (x80070057)" A simple restart or repair of the driver would solve the issue.
Today, Sept 3, 2013, we have had every single courtroom computer complain to us of the error message. Thankfully a restart solves this issue, but we fill there must be an issue either with FTR or the Sound Card driver. But then we just got a call from a Judicial Dispute room that uses the DMX8 mixer and also received the above error message, which leads us to believe there may be a bug with FTR 5.6.0.0 build 118. Now today is the first day of September that court has started, so the new month may have something to do with it.
Is FTR aware of this issue? is there information or suggestions you can suggest for us to try? Please let me know if you need any further information. Please see attached screen shots.
Thank you for your time
Justin
