We have just finished upgrading all our assets to 5.4 with the Record Manager. We have daily occurences of FTR freezing in court and the court room changes to 'Local Host'. The user has full access to the network share. The service account has full administrative priveleges on our network share. It has been confirmed that the accounts are not locking out. Services show that they are all running. Restarting Replicator or all services does not remedy the issue. So far a reboot has been the only solution.
